Washington State DDA Funding

At this time, we are only accepting Washington State Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) funding only.

When submitting your request, please include:

• Your Washington State DDA Case Manager's name and contact information.
• A link to the requested item if it is not currently available in our online store.

Please note that when DDA Assistive Technology (AT) funding is used, Washington State contract requirements may require products to be shipped from our warehouse rather than directly from the manufacturer. This process may result in additional shipping charges.
